This client lives in West Beaverton and needs a ride 6 miles to Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in West Haven. The appointment is on Wednesday, May 13th. They will need to be picked up at 1pm for their 1:40pm appointment. The appointment will last until 4:15pm. The client does not need to be accompanied inside, and you are welcome to leave the campus and carry about your day, and return when the client's appointment is over.
