A client is going through some health difficulties and doesn't have accessible transportation. Would you consider helping them? Their appointment is Thursday, September 7th at the Providence Bethany offices (97229) at 9:30 am. They live two miles away. This client uses a walker and would need some physical assistance to get the walker set up. They are also vision impaired and need assistance to get into the doctor's office. This should take ~ an hour and 15 minutes total from pick-up to drop-off.
They have additional appointments on August 23rd and August 30th if you would like to sign up for those as well. Familiarity goes a long way with Holocaust Survivors!
*Please note, participating in a transportation program requires a background check and a DMV check that will be sent to you by Sterling Volunteers if you respond to this opportunity*
