On Thursday, June 5th, JFCS is hosting a luncheon for our clients at the MJCC for Holocaust Survivor Day. This event will feature speakers, lunch, and music, and it will honor each individual survivor that JFCS serves. This is a special day for these clients, and you can help to ensure they are able to attend by offering transportation.
The event runs from 12 to 2 p.m. Sammy will do her best to match you with the client closest to you, so ideally, you need to volunteer from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. You can stay on site for the event or leave and come back at 1:45 p.m.
Thank you for considering helping out on this important day,

Please consider if your vehicle is accessible to elderly individuals when signing up.
Please read the Transportation Information document: https://jfcsportland.galaxydigital.com/files/dl/e5fea224b508350359a16efa7386868b/
*Please note, participating in a transportation program requires a background check and a DMV check that will be sent to you by Sterling Volunteers if you respond to this opportunity*
